I took your previous advice and attempted to set the hotkey after running SnagIt with Admin rights, it accepted the laptop's key input as Print Screen. When I attempted to use the Print Screen key on the laptop keyboard it worked as expected. When I attempted to use the Print Screen on my wireless keyboard, the Snipping Tool comes up.
