Eleonora's Poleblade shouldn't be your only weapon. There are a lot of enemies and bosses who are immune to bleeding/resistant to fire or are too mobile for you to proc bleeding. Regalia of Eochaid is a fantastic back up option since it doesn't proc bleed nor deals fire damage AND scales primarily with Arcane.

Eleonora's has fire damage and the weapon skill has high enough poise damage to break Crystallians very quickly. My ARC build is still in Altus, but I had absolutely no issues fighting either miners or aliens in Altus tunnels with this weapon. In fact, it was extremely easy.

Also 25 faith to cast Golden Vow so you have +15% damage and -10% damage receive. Maybe max at 33 faith for Howl of Shabriri if you can do no-hit. True dat.
