These are the only good Ascensions for Lei Luo... The only exception is bottom right for Weapon Boost tree and top left for Lightning Strike tree. That should be reduced to 5% or so. 9 stacks would still be 45% max hp/sec. As far as Skills, its a delicate balance. Right now Lei Luo can do a full CL build in R7 given the right talents and SR.
